Overview We are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Account Manager for a well-established insurance brokerage in the Calgary, AB area . Responsibilities Program Management: Maintain and grow a commercial book of business, overseeing renewals, placements, and client coverage needs. Client Service: Prepare proposals, renewal summaries, certificates, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
Risk Analysis: Review contracts, analyze client exposures, and recommend tailored coverage solutions in collaboration with Producers. Qualifications Level 2 Insurance License required. 3–5+ years of commercial insurance experience (construction experience an asset). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Applied Epic and Microsoft Office.
