Job ID 24994 Location Toll Brothers - Houston, Texas 77064 United States Category Land Acquisition - Management Percentage Travel Required None Education Required A college degree is preferred but not required Job Type Full Time Job Summary The Land Acquisition Analyst will work independently to perform sophisticated land use and financial analyses, participate in due diligence, including concept land planning, environmental, utility system, and title analysis. The analyst will be deal‑oriented and understand the dynamics and challenges of the local land market in the current real estate climate. The successful candidate will have a solid background in land planning, zoning, law, and/or real estate, and an understanding of how to take advantage of current trends and adjust acquisition analyses accordingly.

Responsibilities Perform sophisticated land use and financial analyses for land purchase opportunities. Participate in due diligence, including concept land planning, environmental, utility system, and title analysis. Work independently on acquisition projects.

Understand local land market dynamics and challenges. Adjust acquisition analyses to leverage current trends. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering.

A Master’s Degree would be a plus. Must have residential land acquisition experience in single‑family or in‑fill projects and proven success navigating through the unique obstacles inherent in the local market. Experience in Land Acquisitions, Planning and Development.

Highly organized with solid analytical skills and understanding of complex financial analysis.
