We are looking for a Design Project Specialist to support the design team at the Marriott Tech Accelerator by managing intake, prioritization, and delivery of design work in an agile environment. Job Responsibilities: Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking design work.

Coordinate delivery across design, product, and engineering teams. Support agile planning, ceremonies, and backlog management. Track timelines, dependencies, and risks.

Maintain delivery documentation and status reporting. Own the backlog and prioritize work across foundational improvements, technical debt, and new feature development. Successfully and autonomously support multiple tracks of work at once.

Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and high-impact initiatives. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES: Intake & Planning: Manage incoming design requests and prioritization. Support sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Delivery Management: Track milestones and dependencies. Ensure visibility into delivery status. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve workflows.

Maintain documentation and reporting. Skill and Experience: 24 years of experience in project management or design operations. Experience supporting design or technology teams.

Familiarity with agile methodologies. Strong organizational and communication skills. Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Design, or related field preferred.
