We’re Hiring: SAP PI/PO & CPI Consultant | AMS / Support Location: India Experience: 6–8 Years Open Positions: 2 Shift Timings: Team 1: 3:30 AM IST – 11:30 AM IST Team 2: 11:30 AM IST – 7:30 PM IST We are looking for an experienced SAP PI/PO & CPI Consultant to join our team in an AMS / Support role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in supporting and stabilizing SAP integration systems, with the ability to manage P1/P2 production incidents across SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI on BTP . Key Responsibilities Handle P1/P2 production incidents and restore business-critical interfaces quickly Monitor and troubleshoot SAP PI/PO (ABAP & Java) and SAP CPI (BTP) integrations Support interfaces such as IDoc, RFC, Proxy, File, SOAP, REST, and OData Analyze issues using PI Monitoring and CPI Message Processing Logs Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions Support hybrid integration landscapes across ECC / S/4 / Cloud / Non-SAP systems Work closely with Functional, Basis, Network, and Vendor teams Ensure SLA compliance and maintain accurate ticket/documentation updates Participate in on-call / shift support Required Skills 6–8 years of experience in SAP PI/PO Application Support Hands-on experience in SAP CPI support on SAP BTP Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for mappings, adapters, and payloads Good knowledge of ESR, Integration Directory, and CPI iFlows Experience in ITSM / AMS tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or Target Process Ability to work independently during business-critical production outages Why Join Us Opportunity to work on critical SAP integration landscapes Exposure to hybrid cloud and enterprise integration environments Collaborative and fast-paced support environment Chance to contribute to business continuity and operational excellence
