Role Overview We are seeking a creative and skilled Jewellery Designer with 2–4 years of experience, passionate about transforming traditional pieces into timeless, contemporary designs. You will work closely with clients and artisans to bring emotionally valuable jewellery back to life.

Key Responsibilities Interpret client requirements and design bespoke pieces by reimagining existing jewellery Create hand sketches and/or CAD designs for approvals and production Collaborate with in-house and external artisans for execution (karigars, setters, polishers) Guide clients through the design journey with empathy and aesthetic expertise Ensure high-quality production standards and timely deliveries Maintain a portfolio of before-and-after work for marketing and records What We’re Looking For Must-Have: 2–4 years of experience in jewellery design or customisation Proficiency in manual sketching and basic/intermediate CAD tools (Rhino, MatrixGold, or similar) Strong understanding of materials like gold, diamonds, kundan, and polki Eye for detail, colour, and aesthetics Empathy for clients and sensitivity toward heirloom value Good to Have: Knowledge of traditional Indian jewellery motifs and techniques Experience with boutique or customised jewellery brands Social media-friendly design presentation skills Perks & Culture Creative freedom with heritage storytelling Direct collaboration with founders and artisans Flexible work style and boutique setting Opportunities for brand growth and showcasing your designs
