✨ We're Hiring: Social Media & Content Executive (Full time/ Freelancer) Roslyn by Demi is looking for a creative, fashion-forward Social Media & Content Executive to join our growing team. If you live on Instagram, save Pinterest boards for inspiration, spot trends before they go viral, and love creating aesthetic content, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do • Manage Roslyn's social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms • Plan and execute engaging content calendars and campaign launches • Create, shoot, edit, and publish content including reels, stories, and posts • Stay on top of social media trends, audio trends, and Gen Z fashion culture • Write compelling captions and storytelling-driven content • Engage with our online community and help build a strong brand voice • Track content performance and provide insights for growth and engagement • Coordinate with photographers, influencers, creators, and the design team • Support influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns, and brand partnerships What we are looking for • 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing • Strong understanding of fashion, aesthetics, branding, and internet culture • Excellent content planning, storytelling, and communication skills • Ability to independently shoot and create high-quality content using a smartphone • Strong understanding of Instagram growth, engagement strategies, and community building • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling • Experience working with a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brand • Influencer marketing and creator outreach experience Required skills & Tools: • Canva (Essential) • Basic photo editing and aesthetic content creation • Mood board and content planning skills • CapCut (Essential) • Experience creating and editing Reels, short-form videos, and trending content • Knowledge of transitions, text overlays, trending audio, and video storytelling • Meta Business Suite • Understanding of platform algorithms, content performance, and audience engagement • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools is a plus • Basic photography, styling, or creative direction skills Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 1–2 Years At Roslyn by Demi, we're building a brand that celebrates femininity, confidence, and timeless style.
