Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and manage turtil’s presence across key social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, developing and implementing content calendars, optimizing content for each platform, and monitoring performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate complex AI and engineering topics into accessible, engaging content.

The Social Media Manager will also respond to community interactions, track trends, and provide regular performance reports with data-driven recommendations. Qualifications Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms. Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, including planning content calendars and creating clear, engaging copy tailored to different audiences.

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical or AI-related concepts for social channels. Experience using social media analytics tools to track KPIs, generate insights, and optimize campaigns. Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) to create or adapt visual assets for social media.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in B2B, technology, AI, or engineering-focused brands is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
