Company - Arcitech.AI Pay: โ‚น40,000.00 - โ‚น50,000.00 per month Job description: About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously โ€” across different industries and audiences โ€” with the discipline of a strategist and the instincts of a content creator. This is a role for someone who holds themselves accountable without being asked, treats every deadline as non-negotiable, and understands that great social media management is about building brands โ€” not just managing platforms. What You'll Own Plan and manage monthly content calendars for 3โ€“5 brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X Develop tailored content strategies for each brand based on their audience, goals, and platform behaviour Write captions, hooks, and headlines that are platform-native and built to perform Direct briefs for designers and video editors โ€” concisely and without ambiguity Oversee short-form video, reels, carousels, and stories from concept to publish Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates and apply trends proactively Track and analyse performance metrics โ€” reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions Present clear, actionable performance reports to internal stakeholders Coordinate across designers, copywriters, videographers, and account managers Manage community interaction โ€” comments, DMs, and audience engagement What We're Looking For 2โ€“4 years of hands-on social media marketing experience (agency or multi-brand strongly preferred) Proven experience managing 3โ€“5 brand accounts simultaneously โ€” portfolio required Cross-industry exposure across at least two sectors (e.g. tech, F&B, lifestyle, retail, real estate, healthcare) Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across brands and platforms Deep understanding of how each platform works โ€” algorithms, formats, and audience expectations Confident reading and interpreting social media analytics Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure across multiple accounts, consistently An active and strategic personal social media presence (mandatory โ€” we will review it before your first interview) Good to Have Experience with Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut Prior experience at a digital marketing or creative agency Experience working with influencers or brand ambassador programmes Cross-cultural content experience or international brand exposure What We Offer Multi-brand, multi-industry exposure from day one โ€” you'll build more experience here in a year than most do in three Creative ownership โ€” you think, ideate, and lead, not just execute Real accountability culture with creative freedom and room to grow A portfolio-building environment that accelerates your career globally
