Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Southern U.S. by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, conducting in-person product demonstrations, and building long-term customer relationships. The position requires frequent travel and close collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Location MUST SIT IN TX, NC, SC, or GA Responsibilities Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver solution demonstrations Understand customer needs related to color measurement and communication Qualify and convert marketing leads into closed sales opportunities Achieve annual sales and forecasting targets Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts using Salesforce Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth Ability to travel extensively (approximately 60-70%) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related field 5-8 years of strategic sales management experience Proven ability to manage national or global customer accounts Experience selling capital equipment is a plus Demonstrated success building territories, growing existing business, and acquiring new customers Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven professional #J-18808-Ljbffr
