Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or related field 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Effective written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis: Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly re-forecasting, and long-term financial planning Build and maintain advanced financial models for scenario and sensitivity analysis Perform detailed variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast with actionable insights Prepare financial reports, KPIs, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership Partner with cross-functional teams to align assumptions and improve forecast accuracy Identify cost optimization opportunities and support business performance improvements Accounting & Treasury: Prepare and post month-end journal entries and maintain supporting documentation Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data accuracy Support daily cash operations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions as needed Financial Reporting: Oversee consolidated reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance Analyze financial performance across regions and subsidiaries, including international operations Deliver executive-level reporting packages with key trends and insights Process Improvement & Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency Enhance automation and streamline financial analysis workflows Equal Opportunity Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
