Senior Financial Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company's Defense Satellite Systems team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (Level 4) to join our team in El Segundo, California. This analyst will be responsible for integrating financials on monthly and quarterly cycles, creating customer monthly, quarterly, and annual Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRs), communicating and presenting to executive leadership, and leading discussions on financial and risk opportunities or issues. Position Responsibilities Develop, review, and analyze cost and schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and communicate cost and schedule trends.

Develop performance reports and integrate variance analyses, providing clear, concise operational and financial performance to senior management. Coordinate efforts to troubleshoot process and tool issues, resolve root causes, and recommend solutions. Work with Program/Project leadership to manage program baselines and implement Earned Value Management.

Complete the monthly forecast analysis and support customer deliverables. Lead the development, integration, and analysis of resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for various projects. Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge.

Must‑Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher. 3+ years of experience in a finance‑related position such as financial operations, cost management, accounting, estimating, or financial planning. 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management. 3+ years of experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets. Preferred Qualifications Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in senior leadership briefings.

Experience leading projects or teams with minimal direct supervision and driving projects to completion. Experience with Deltek, COGNOS, COBRA, Earned Value Management software, and other accounting systems containing historical cost data. Experience with financial planning processes and tools.

Other Job Requirements Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; a U.S. Secret Clearance will be required post‑start.

No visa sponsorship is available. Relocation may be offered based on candidate eligibility. Position is 100% onsite in ElSegundo, California.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $122,400 – $165,600 (based on experience and qualifications).
