Base pay range : $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Project title : Project Engineer – Commercial & Healthcare Construction What You’ll Do Support projects from preconstruction through closeout, learning the full lifecycle of construction Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, and performance tracking Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals Help monitor schedules, budgets, and quality while learning to anticipate and resolve issues Gain exposure to safety and compliance processes critical to healthcare projects Build lasting relationships with project teams and clients What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer (internships or full-time) — healthcare experience is a plus but not required Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with construction documentation and project management software A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced leaders If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, contribute to meaningful healthcare projects, and grow with a team that values development and collaboration, we’d love to connect.
