TL;DR - We have multiple scattered ICPs - Can you help organise it and keep finding us more of that ICP on the regular? ABOUT KLARIQO ---------------------------------- Klariqo builds AI voice agents that plug DIRECTLY into call-center dialers (VICIdial and SIP-first systems) as a remote agent. The AI qualifies leads live over the phone and warm-transfers the hot ones to human closers.
We run on our own custom Golang SIP bridge (no Twilio dependency, lower latency, lower cost). THE ROLE IN ONE LINE ---------------------------------- Own Klariqo's outbound + growth motion end to end, as the human engine on top of an AI-powered GTM stack WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNUSUAL (READ THIS) ---------------------------------- Klariqo runs an AI agentic team. A large part of the GTM \"engineering\" work - list building, enrichment, deduplication, sequence copy, Apollo/Instantly/Brevo orchestration, battlecards, ICP playbooks, objection libraries, demo scripts, analytics pulls - is already handled by an in-house AI sales agent.
That means YOU don't have to be a Python/SQL/Clay systems-builder. Your job is to DIRECT that engine with judgment, OWN the process, and do the things AI cannot: be the human on live discovery/demo calls attend virtual/in-person conferences build real relationships and social presence (your own socials) bring lived, pattern-recognized sales experience (\"do X+Y, I've seen this work / fail\") be the daily TRIGGER and owner of the motion (proactive, not waiting to be told) knowledgeable with APIs to work with Apollo + Instantly If you're an AI-native operator who wants to leverage instead of grunt work, this is a rare seat: you direct an AI stack that does the heavy lifting, and your output multiplies. WHAT YOU'LL OWN (RESPONSIBILITIES) ---------------------------------- Outbound motion Run and continuously improve the cold email + LinkedIn outbound across our ICPs (BPOs, pay-per-call agencies, system integrators, VICIdial implementers, TSD/channel partners) Own deliverability discipline: mailbox health, warmup, ramp, bounce/spam monitoring, domain reputation Direct the AI agent to build/clean lists, write sequences, and run sends; you set the strategy and quality-control the output A/B test subject lines, copy, sequences; read reply data and iterate (reply rate is our north-star metric, not opens) Human channels (the part AI can't do) Build and run your own LinkedIn presence for social selling: posting, commenting, connecting, DM real prospects Take live discovery calls and demos; qualify, handle objections, and move deals toward close Nurture warm/inbound leads through to signature Pipeline ownership Own the funnel: where leads stall, get misrouted, or drop Maintain a clean, honest pipeline view and report weekly on reply rate, meetings booked, pipeline created, and deals closed MUST-HAVE ---------------------------------- 1-2 years in B2B sales / SDR / AE / growth, with a track record of booking meetings and/or closing for AI companies (preferably for VOICE AI) Familiarity with Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Brevo, Clay, or similar Strong written + spoken English; comfortable on live calls with US/EU business owners Genuinely proactive operator - you run the motion, you don't wait to be assigned tasks Comfortable directing AI tools / agentic workflows (or eager to; you'll be amplified by an AI stack daily) Understands the fundamentals: ICP, funnel, deliverability, reply-rate vs vanity metrics NICE-TO-HAVE (STRONG BONUS) ---------------------------------- Telecom / call-center / VICIdial / voice-AI / BPO domain knowledge (you'll speak the customer's language) Existing network in the BPO / pay-per-call / call-center space Experience selling into the US market from India Channel/partnership sales experience (TSDs, resellers, white-label)
