Job description: SEO Executive / Senior SEO Executive Location: Remote (Preference for Pune or Mumbai candidates) Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for an SEO Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth through on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, practical SEO execution experience, and working knowledge of AI-powered SEO and content tools. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping Create and execute on-page SEO strategies for websites and landing pages Optimize meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema, and content structure Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers Monitor website health including crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and broken links Track rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics regularly Work on local SEO, citation building, and Google Business Profile optimization where required Content & AI-Driven SEO Use AI tools for keyword clustering, content ideation, topic research, and SEO content optimization Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, service pages, and website content Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven search experiences Understand evolving trends like AI Overviews, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Off-Page SEO Execute ethical link-building activities including guest posting, directory submissions, citations, social bookmarking, PR outreach, and niche outreach Analyze backlink profiles and monitor toxic links Reporting & Analytics Prepare SEO reports using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools Identify growth opportunities through data analysis Present monthly performance updates and recommendations Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of practical SEO experience AI Tools Exposure Candidate should have experience using AI tools such as: ChatGPT Gemini Claude AI content optimization and keyword clustering tools Additional Requirements Good communication and coordination skills Strong analytical mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis Hands-on experience with tools like: Google Analytics (GA4) Google Search Console Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog Google Tag Manager (basic understanding preferred) Benefits: Work from home
