About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Business Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize business funnels across cities and channels. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.
Job title: Analyst - Product & Strategy Education: B.Tech from reputed top-tier colleges, with preference for IIT/BITS/top NITs Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities Analyze conversion funnels, identify performance deviations, and generate actionable recommendations for optimization Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover user behavior trends, growth opportunities, and key business drivers Partner with product, business, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement strategic initiatives Extract insights from customer interactions, feedback, and operational data to identify pain points and root causes Structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven frameworks and actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment Define, track, and report key KPIs to support product strategy, experimentation, and business decision-making Support roadmap prioritization through opportunity sizing, impact analysis, and performance evaluation Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key product, business, and funnel performance metrics on a daily basis Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Proficiency in SQL/Hive, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy Good understanding of experimentation, and data-driven decision-making principles Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets to derive business insights Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate analysis into business impact Understanding of product metrics, user funnels, retention, growth, and marketplace/business performance metrics Bachelorโs degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines from top-tier institutions preferred (e.g., IITs) Why Join Us?
