Job Description
Experience: 3โ10 Years Location: Russell Street, Kolkata Industry: Healthcare / Home Healthcare / Medical Services Budget is 30000-50000 Per month Role Objective To drive business growth by building strong referral partnerships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions for home healthcare services, elder care membership plans, and medical equipment sales/rentals. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development * Identify and onboard hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and individual doctors. * Build and maintain a strong referral network within the assigned territory. Revenue Generation Generate business for: * Home Healthcare Services * Elder Care Membership Plans * Medical Equipment Sales & Rentals Lead Management * Convert doctor and hospital referrals into paying clients. * Maintain strong follow-up and high closure ratio.
Relationship Management * Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospital admins, and discharge teams. * Ensure continuous engagement and repeat referrals. Brand Promotion * Conduct presentations, camps, CMEs, and awareness sessions to promote services. Cross-functional Coordination * Coordinate with operations and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Reporting * Maintain daily activity tracker, sales pipeline, and conversion reports. Ideal Candidate Profile * 3โ10 years of experience in Healthcare / B2B / B2C Sales. * Experience in hospital tie-ups, pharma, medical devices, healthcare services, or home healthcare preferred. * Strong local network of doctors and hospitals will be an added advantage. * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. * Strong field sales and client handling capabilities. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
