Job Description
Location: Hybrid-Pune Stipend: 12-15k/Per Month About the Role We are looking for a proactive and accountable Social Media Management & Client Communication Trainee who is eager to learn digital marketing, social media management, and client servicing. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
Coordinate with clients to collect approvals, feedback, and content requirements. Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports. Support content creation by coordinating with designers and content writers.
Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and campaign activities. Respond to client queries and maintain regular communication. Track project timelines and follow up internally to ensure deadlines are met.
Research social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates. Assist in maintaining client documentation and communication records. Requirements Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned projects.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or social media scheduling tools is a plus. Positive attitude, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
