Personal Brand Growth Manager (Fitness Industry) About Us I help fitness coaches and online fitness trainers grow their coaching businesses, attract more clients, and increase their monthly revenue through better offers, content, lead generation, and sales systems. I'm looking for a highly proactive Personal Brand Growth Manager who can help grow my social media presence, increase inbound leads, and take ownership of the day-to-day execution of my content and audience growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media growth, enjoys content creation, and wants to be directly involved in building a personal brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Research fitness coaching creators and competitors Identify trending content opportunities Suggest daily content ideas, hooks, and angles Help maintain a content calendar Monitor content performance and recommend improvements Content Production Edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn Add captions and basic animations Create simple thumbnails and cover images Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats Schedule and publish content across platforms Social Media Growth Engage daily with fitness coaches and online trainers on Instagram and other platforms Leave thoughtful comments on relevant content Build visibility within the fitness coaching niche Identify potential leads and collaboration opportunities Track engagement and growth metrics Community Management Respond to comments and basic DMs Flag qualified prospects for follow-up Maintain relationships with potential clients Support audience engagement initiatives Operations Organize content assets Maintain SOPs and workflows Coordinate content publishing schedules Use AI tools to improve efficiency Requirements Must Have Strong understanding of Instagram growth Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) Basic graphic design skills (Canva) Strong written English Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and content marketing Ability to work independently Nice to Have Experience working with coaches or personal brands Fitness industry knowledge Experience with lead generation Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, and AI tools Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: Consistent content publishing Growth in followers and engagement Increased inbound leads Improved profile reach and visibility Higher content output and efficiency Compensation Open to: Part-time Freelance Full-time Please include: Links to profiles you've helped grow Examples of edited content Your favorite creator in the fitness industry and why A brief explanation of how you would help a fitness business generate more inbound leads through social media
