Production Manager Role: The Production Manager will take full ownership of the construction lifecycle, overseeing projects from sales handoff through completion. This Production Manager role is a newly created leadership position designed to scale operations, improve efficiency, and drive team performance.
The Production Manager will lead multiple concurrent residential construction projects while managing schedules, teams, and client relationships. This Production Manager will balance hands-on leadership with strategic oversight in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
