The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, and Recruitment.

Analyze business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions. Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher and OTBI. Perform data migration and mass data uploads using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL.

Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support. Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.

Collaborate with business users, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules. Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, and Fast Formulas.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST, and SOAP web services. Good understanding of HCM business processes and HR operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
