Let us build this, together! Responsibilities: The Specialist – Media Planning plays a key role in shaping, planning, and executing media campaigns across all channels. You will collaborate with planners, buyers, managers, and cross-functional teams to translate client objectives into actionable media strategies and support campaign delivery.
Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Ecosystem would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts. Need to support Global clients and account Managers of our Media Solutions team and capable of: Owning end-to-end campaign planning and execution across all channels, translating client objectives into actionable strategies, KPIs, and media plans.
Conduct audience research, competitive and market analysis, and industry trend evaluation across all channels to inform channel selection, targeting, campaign strategy, and emerging opportunities. Develop comprehensive media plans across all channels and oversee campaign setup, pacing checks, and optimization across all channels, collaborating closely with Activation teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, deliver against goals, and achieve client ROI expectations. Build, maintain, and mentor Analysts and Associates, providing guidance, training, and project leadership to support team development and capability building.
Maintain and update media flowcharts, budgets, trackers, planning documentation, and proprietary tool inputs (e.g., Omni, Design Console, Mediatools) Identify operational and strategic process improvement opportunities across all channels, contribute to best practices, and support adoption of new tools, research methodologies, and innovative solutions to enhance planning efficiency. Leads being a 1st time people manager role are expected to take on early level people management tasks along with project management. Similarly Specialists are expected to play a similar role of being the project lead along with being the SME (Subject Matter Expert).
Qualifications: A full-time graduate degree 5 – 8 years of experience in media planning across channels, marketing analytics, or campaign operations (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of digital channel is a must, while experience on other marketing channels such as TV, OOH, Print, Radio etc. will be a plus. Familiarity with media planning tools and syndicated research platforms such as GWI, ComScore, Vivvix, Prisma and Mbox. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work with large datasets Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
