Role Description The Residential Sales Specialist will focus on selling residential properties and providing end-to-end support to prospective buyers in Pimpri Chinchwad.
This full-time, on-site role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, property showings, and product presentations to potential customers. The specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, including understanding client requirements, recommending suitable units, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and coordinating documentation until closure. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an updated sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, collaborating with marketing and customer service teams, and preparing basic sales reports.
The role also includes building strong local market knowledge, staying informed about competing projects, and representing the company professionally at meetings and events. Qualifications Strong skills in New Business Development and Sales, with a proven ability to generate and convert leads. Experience in Residential Real Estate, including knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences.
Account Management capabilities to maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Training experience or the ability to guide customers through project details, processes, and documentation. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric and consultative approach.
Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad and manage field visits and client meetings regularly. Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital communication platforms. Prior experience in real estate or related sales roles preferred; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
