Role Description The Corporate Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad, responsible for driving revenue growth from corporate clients.

The role involves identifying and approaching prospective corporate customers, presenting company offerings, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with company targets. The specialist will maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate accounts, regularly follow up on leads, and update the sales pipeline and reports.

The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, gathering client feedback, and supporting business development initiatives such as events, presentations, and corporate outreach campaigns. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Management, with experience handling corporate accounts and achieving revenue targets. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.

Candidates should possess Business Development skills, with the ability to identify new market opportunities and build long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess effective Negotiation skills to structure win–win deals and manage contract discussions with corporate stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing client proposals and reports.

Candidates should possess good analytical and CRM skills, with the ability to track metrics, forecast sales, and use data to prioritize activities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in B2B or corporate sales. Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
