Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Business Development Executive who will drive retail sales growth by building strong local customer networks, increasing repeat purchases, and expanding product reach in the market.
The role focuses not only on in-store sales but also on developing a strong buyer network for bulk and regular orders. Customer Engagement & Sales Assist customers in product selection, billing, and purchase decisions Actively promote products to increase in-store and off-store sales Ensure excellent customer experience to encourage repeat visits Network & Business Development Build and expand a strong local customer network (individual buyers + small businesses) Develop relationships to generate repeat orders and referrals Identify and convert high-value customers into long-term buyers Support bulk order conversion from walk-in and referred customers Retail Operations Handle POS operations, billing, and cash management Maintain daily sales reports and transaction accuracy Ensure proper stock display, merchandising, and product visibility Sales Growth & Expansion Drive referral-based and word-of-mouth sales Support distribution and local supply expansion initiatives Contribute to increasing overall retail reach in the assigned area Key Performance Indicators Daily/Monthly sales target achievement Customer retention and repeat purchase rate Referral-driven sales contribution Conversion rate of walk-ins to buyers Bulk order acquisition and network growth Qualification Strong retail sales, customer handling, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to build and manage local customer networks Basic understanding of billing, POS systems, and retail operations Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset Prior experience in retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or distribution is preferred Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate preferred
