Exp - 1 - 6 yrs Shift - Rotational 24/7 Location- Mumbai Vikhroli Qualification- Fulltime Graduate Please share below details on this email id Updated cv Current & Expected CTC Notice period Ok to do night shift- Y/N Job Summary- • Well versed with PNR reading which includes PNR, PNR history and interpretation of remarks. • IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred • Fare Filing & Fare auditing Knowledge - Preferable not mandatory • Refunds knowledge / Calculating Refunds / Processing Refund Rules • Refunds Processing via BSP / ARC / GDS • GDS knowledge • Refunds related experience via any Travel Agency / Airline / GDS / Travel Portal / Refunds Backoffice Process • Information of non-refundable taxes and how to read/interpret tax information in Amadeus. • Ability to work on Amadeus PNR cases and refund request from BSP link.
