Job Description

We are urgently hiring a with Service Desk Associate( TechOps Engineer) Work Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts Key Responsibilities Provide technical and operational support to internal/external teams. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, networking, and infrastructure-related issues. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Product, Infra, and Service Delivery teams for issue resolution.

Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and system performance using ITIL best practices. Identify process improvements and optimize monitoring/alerting systems. Create technical documentation, SOPs, and end-user manuals.

Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support. Required Skills Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange Active Directory (AD) Administration Network & Infrastructure Troubleshooting Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis ITIL / SLA-driven support environment Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Graduate/Diploma in IT or related field ITIL Certification (preferred) Self-driven with strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
