Job Title Principal Test Engineer Assoc Functional Title Test Manager III Location Hanscom Air Force - MA US (Primary) Job Type Full-time Job Description Quantech has an immediate opening for a Test Manager supporting the C3I&N Directorate located at Hanscom AFB, MA. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following: Provide Validation & Verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program's integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices. Provide V&V support services for effective management, in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance.

Provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures. Prepare test plans and procedures. Prepare TEMPs.

Prepare and review test analyses. Prepare T&E segments of Acquisition Documentation. Monitor test events.

Support certification test activities, such as JITC. Support training required to execute test activities. Review and analyze engineering test documentation, analysis reports, and trade-off studies.

Support data collection of test data during development and operational test events. Support FCAs/PCAs. Job Requirements OB REQUIREMENTS SECRET Clearance required.

Possess the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to assigned tasks. Possess strong communication skills and utilize those skills to build relationships with supported customers. Experience with SharePoint to include managing, uploading and editing program data and files.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. MA/MS with 12 Years of experience in the respective discipline, of which 5 years must be in the DoD, or BA/BS with 15 Years experience and 5 in DoD. Security Clearance SECRET Travel N/A Salary Salary information below is a general guide only.
