Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst for a major energy and utility organization.
You'll directly contribute to enterprise-level IT change initiatives, agility transformation, and adoption strategies. As an OCM Analyst , you will support complex projects in a regulated environment, providing essential expertise in stakeholder engagement, training, communication planning, and change impact assessment. Responsibilities: Conduct stakeholder analysis and map leadership alignment across IT initiatives.
Develop and execute communication and engagement plans to support change adoption. Perform change impact assessments and track adoption metrics for IT programs. Conduct training needs analysis and assist in the development of training materials.
Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and Excel analyses. Support end-to-end organizational change management methodology and activities. Apply agile and change management principles to facilitate smooth adoption of IT initiatives.
Monitor risks associated with organizational change and propose mitigation strategies. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Qualifications: Bachelorโs degree in Organizational Development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in organizational change management, with 2-3 years focused on IT initiatives.
Proven experience managing IT change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations. Familiarity with change methodologies and end-to-end change management processes. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives. Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level adoption across multiple teams. Knowledge of agile principles and experience applying them in IT projects is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, or PMP are a plus. This position runs through December 31, 2026, with strong extension potential, offering stability and significant professional growth within a large utility IT organization.
