Job Description & Requirements Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 th hours and 5 hours Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65 per hour Details & Requirements for this Opportunity Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10‑hour shifts and 5‑hour shift on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Friday of each month. Required Cases: All Cataracts; no retrobulbar blocks needed. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): SIS Independent cases.
