Data Architect

Job title - Data Architect Location - Remote Duration - 6 months Key Responsibilities Design secure, scalable, and enterprise-aligned data architectures Translate business requirements into effective data solutions Support modern data practices including data mesh, data products, and data contracts Contribute to data strategy, governance, and architecture roadmaps Collaborate with cross-functional teams across data, AI, analytics, and enterprise architecture Drive best practices in data governance, modelling, integration, and cloud architecture Stay current with emerging trends in Cloud, AI, and GenAI technologies Required Skills Strong understanding of enterprise and information architecture principles Experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and MDM Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and modern integration patterns Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Understanding of modern data operating models and AI data readiness Preferred TOGAF/Zachman frameworks DataOps/DevOps methodologies Domain-driven design and semantic modelling GDPR and compliance knowledge Awareness of ethical and responsible AI practices
