Specialist Finance Systems (XApps) Location: Hyderabad, India. Function: Global Business Services Finance Systems. Level: G2.
Role Summary: We are seeking a Functional Specialist (XApps / Finance Systems) to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery for finance applications. The role focuses on bridging business and technology, ensuring solutions align with finance processes and stakeholder needs. Key Responsibilities: Business Process & Requirements: Analyze finance processes and identify system improvement opportunities.
Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate requirements into functional designs and solution inputs. Solution Delivery & Coordination: Support execution of the XApps roadmap for IDL markets.
Work with technical teams to deliver enhancements and new solutions. Ensure alignment with business expectations and timelines. Testing & Business Validation: Support UAT and functional validation of system changes.
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and data accuracy standards. User Support & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Support issue resolution, escalation, and user queries.
Drive adoption and improve user experience. Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Skills & Experience: Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering. Experience working with excel based applications (Mandatory). Understanding of finance systems and workflows (RTR/PTP/OTC preferred).
Experience supporting testing, UAT, and system implementation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of SQL / reporting / data analysis / Advanced Excel & VBA.
Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau (nice to have). Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting / Business / IT. 25 years of experience in: Finance systems / business analysis. Application support or transformation projects.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
