Senior Automation Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW The ideal candidate must have strong test‑automation expertise, solid knowledge of capital‑markets equity products, a good understanding of the FIX protocol, and sound software‑testing fundamentals, together with high analytical ability and attention to detail. Software‑testing fundamentals Jira, Confluence (Wiki), ServiceNow Scripting: Windows commands, shell scripting, Python scripting Strong problem‑solving approach and analytical skills REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE (MUST‑HAVE) Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

MCA, B.E./B.Tech or an equivalent qualification. Proven hands‑on experience with UFT, API‑based automation tools, and the Robot Framework. In‑depth knowledge of the FIX protocol and capital‑markets equity products.

Proficiency in Unix/Linux, SQL, and Python scripting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver results in a high‑pressure environment.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE (NICE‑TO‑HAVE) Familiarity with additional testing tools or continuous‑integration pipelines. Exposure to other programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell). Prior experience in the APAC equities‑trading domain.
