Position: Procurement & Stores Engineer Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Industry: Drone Manufacturing The Role We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ProcurementEngineer to enhance our procurement and inventory management processes.

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our drone manufacturing by securing high-quality materials on time and within budget. If you have a knack for negotiation, a strategic mind for sourcing, and a passion for innovation, you might be the perfect fit for our team. Responsibilities Ø - Lead the procurement process for a diverse range of Aerospace grade materials and components used in drone/UAV manufacturing. Ø Engage in thorough market research to pinpoint cost-effective procurement sources, and negotiate favorable terms. Ø Draft and distribute RFQs and POs, ensuring clarity and accuracy in specifications and expectations. Ø Vendor Management. Ø Assess supplier performance regularly, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and managing any associated risks. Ø Oversee inventory control systems to ensure efficient material storage and quality preservation. Ø Manage all aspects of import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with international customs regulations. Ø Collaborate across departments, including engineering, production, and finance, to align procurement strategies with company goals. Ø Remain abreast of market trends, material costs, and regulatory changes affecting imports and exports Qualifications Ø Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Ø 3-4 years of experience in procurement and inventory management in manufacturing industry. Ø Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience. Ø Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs clearance processes. Ø Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Ø Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
