Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager Civil role based in Ahmedabad.

The Project Manager Civil will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include monitoring site progress, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards, and resolving technical and operational issues. The role involves managing project budgets and timelines, preparing progress reports, and supporting billing and documentation activities.

The Project Manager Civil will also lead site teams, conduct regular site meetings, and drive quality control to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant project delivery. Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Solid Civil Engineering and Construction Management knowledge, with hands-on experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.

Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking for construction projects. Understanding of Infrastructure development, site execution practices, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is an advantage. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage contractors and site personnel. Proven ability to work on-site full time in Ahmedabad and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
