As a vital partner to the Director of Talent and Culture, you will provide hands-on support to managers and design innovative talent strategies.
Your role bridges the gap between strategic initiatives and practical execution, ensuring the continued growth of VERB and its people. Key Responsibilities: โข Support day-to-day operations in talent management โข Lead the design of training programs for managers โข Guide the performance management lifecycle effectively โข Navigate complex employee relations scenarios with care โข Develop targeted learning strategies aligned with business needs Requirements: โข Minimum of 6 years in HR roles, with 2 years in a partnership role โข Background in designing management development initiatives โข Familiarity with employment law and best practices โข Strong facilitation and coaching capabilities โข Experience in a rapidly evolving workplace setting Strengthen manager capabilities and promote an engaged workforce in the collaborative environment at VERB. #J-18808-Ljbffr
