Data Analyst – Campaign Analytics

We are hiring a Data Analyst to join a high-performing Delivery & Personalization team supporting Canadian Banking initiatives. The team focuses on delivering personalized client experiences, campaign optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on coding experience and experience working with large datasets, campaign execution, and analytics environments.

Responsibilities Support marketing campaign execution, optimization, and analysis Manage and analyze large datasets to support business objectives Deliver accurate and optimized campaign/channel solutions Partner with stakeholders to support revenue generation and operational effectiveness Work with campaign execution standards, channels, and data sources Support code migration activities across platforms Contribute within Agile delivery environments to solve complex analytical problems Required Skills 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related roles Strong hands-on experience with Python, SAS, and SQL Experience working with Teradata, Unix, DataLake, or Cloud environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to combine business understanding with technical expertise Experience handling large datasets and campaign-related processes Nice to Have Banking or Financial Services experience Exposure to marketing analytics or campaign delivery Understanding of test & learn methodologies and statistical significance Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new tools/processes Benefits The Company offers a total rewards package in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and requirements.
