Tax Manager Tax Manager – Salary: $120K – $150K+ base (flexible based on experience) + bonus Tax Manager – Why This Opportunity Stands Out Working a hybrid schedule with a growing, high-performing firm that is expanding rapidly and investing in its people Exposure to a sophisticated High Net Worth (HNW) / Private Client Services (PCS) client base with complex tax needs Opportunity to own client relationships and act as a trusted advisor—not just a preparer/reviewer More manageable hours vs. Big 4 while still working on complex, meaningful engagements Clear path for career growth and upward mobility as the firm continues to scale Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong leadership and mentorship Tax Manager – Key Responsibilities Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns ; prepare highly complex returns as needed Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong HNW/PCS relationships Provide strategic tax planning , including estimating liabilities and advising on tax-saving strategies Analyze organizational structures and transactions for tax implications Review accounting processes (quarterly/annual) to ensure accurate tax reporting Research and resolve complex tax issues; document findings and communicate recommendations Manage multiple engagements, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver a seamless client experience Tax Manager – Qualifications Strong experience in High Net Worth (HNW) / Private Client Services (PCS) tax is required 5-10 Years of Experience Background in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred) Experience reviewing complex tax returns across individual, partnership, and corporate entities CPA, EA, or JD preferred (or actively pursuing) Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex tax concepts clearly #LI-MG2 #INMAY2026
