Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering Location: South Shore of Montreal Job Type: Full-time Sector: Civil Engineering / Public Works / Infrastructure Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 + annual bonus Job Description An established contractor in the civil engineering field is looking to integrate a senior project manager into their team to manage various civil projects while serving as a technical reference for colleagues. This position combines strategic responsibilities, human leadership, and execution excellence, with a clear potential for advancement to a project director position. Main Responsibilities Ensure complete management of civil projects, from initiation to final delivery Supervise technical, budgetary, and contractual aspects Act as a technical resource for project managers and field teams Develop and monitor schedules Actively participate in estimation activities via TPL Coordinate communications between various stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers) Ensure rigorous tracking of costs, quantities, and deliverables Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the skill development of the team Desired Profile Degree in civil engineering or DEC in civil engineering with equivalent experience Proven experience in project management in the civil works field Ability to juggle the technical and financial dimensions of a project Collaborative spirit, mobilizing leadership, and a coaching approach Proficiency in TPL software (estimation) and MS Project (scheduling) Comfortable with budget management, financial tracking, and accountability Good communication and analytical skills Offered Benefits Competitive salary between $100,000 and $130,000 based on experience Annual performance bonus of 5% to 10% Vehicle provided + gas provided Remote work possible 2 days/week (based on performance and projects) Flexible schedule around 40 hours/week (between 7 AM and 5 PM) No summer overload or winter slump – projects distributed steadily Comprehensive group insurance (medications, dental care, paramedical care) Health account: $500 (individual) or $1,000 (family) 4 weeks of vacation: 2 paid weeks during the holidays + 2 floating weeks Human approach based on trust (no rigid bank of sick days) To apply Please send your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
