Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Use statistical tools and business intelligence platforms to support data-driven decision-making. Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly performance reports across departments.

Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics effectively. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports. MIS Management: Maintain and enhance MIS systems to streamline data collection and reporting processes.

Collaborate with other departments to improve data integrity and system efficiency. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal teams and senior management on performance metrics and business trends. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data workflows. Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data reporting, or MIS.

High level Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, Power-Point. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
