Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich’s business units worldwide. Our focus is Test Automation Service part of Test Engineering, where we develop a global service to grant early bug detection on the huge technological landscape. We continuously work on challenging our systems to become more robust, more efficient and of course, more sustainable.

Your role: As a Senior Test Automation Analyst your main responsibilities will mainly involve those activities that will help us bring our Test Automation Service closer to APAC region, adding value to the current service and helping develop the service strategy.

You will be part of the technical community in the Test Automation Team: you will be responsible for the Test Automation Solution’s evolution, analyzing and integrating GenAI capabilities within our Test Automation Services to generate efficiencies and tangible productivity gain. Responsibilities: Be the Go-To Expert: Analyze customers’ needs and generate test automation strategies aligned with Global Service’s roadmap Lead Test Automation: Based on those strategies, implement automation to accelerate their testing and monitor ROI of the automation Deliver Actionable Insights: Remain up to date with the latest market trends in Test Automation, tools and platforms as well as their pros and cons Facilitate Test Automation Management: Be in contact with customers, understanding their needs designing added value solutions for them Collaborate for Success: Remain up to date with the latest market trends in Test Automation, tools and platforms as well as their pros and cons Ensure Robust Automation Development: Review project’s roadmap, potential pain points and support generation of regression test plans Supervise the evolution of the test automation solution to accommodate and integrate new technologies, focused at reducing maintenance Plan and monitor automated executions, as well as generate business-oriented results reports Identify and implement new Test Automation artifacts to further strengthen our organization. Bridge Technical and Business Needs: Translate business and technical requirements into actionable regression test plans, reporting models and communication plans with both Business and Technical stakeholders Guide internal and external teams in leveraging systems automation platforms and technologies to streamline regression tests.

Monitor ROI: Continuously monitor of detected bugs and test automation savings in both time and efforts to support business in decision making process. Design Test Automation Strategies: Develop comprehensive strategies that identify regression tests and process to be automated, as well as management of data, control of environments and reinforcement of the results according to business needs Main Service’s Point of Contact across APAC region to guarantee efficient Stakeholder Management (new requests, troubleshooting) Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python Automation Testing experience Selenium/TestNG/Cypress/Playwright API Automation Experience with OpenShift and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Familiarity with Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools Exposure to Generative AI coding tools (e.g., Claude) Candidate Data Privacy Notice: Applicability of This Notice This job posting relates to opportunities with Zurich Digital International Private Ltd.
