Job Title: Workday PRISM Reporting Consultant / Lead Experience Required: • 6–9 years of overall experience in Workday Reporting • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Workday PRISM Reporting Job Description: We are looking for seasoned Workday PRISM Reporting professionals for MNC, who can drive requirement gathering, design discussions, and recommend best practices for PRISM implementations/use cases. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday PRISM Reporting and be capable of interacting directly with Business stakeholders during requirements and solution design phases. Mandatory Skill: • Workday PRISM Reporting Secondary Skills: • Workday Advanced Reporting • Workday Reporting • Calculated Fields • Composite Reports • Matrix Reports • Business Requirement Analysis Preferred: • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Important Note: Candidates having only Workday Advanced Reporting skills without PRISM experience will not be considered.
