Project Engineer

Company Description INDSERV PUNE PVT LTD Pune based organization, part of HB Tech Services, provides various industrial heating and heat transfer equipment as well as services. Our range includes industrial burners (oil & gas fired), boilers & heaters, thermic fluid, heat exchangers and spare parts for these equipment. Specialized projects include heat recovery systems, energy cost reduction services, fuel conversions.

Role Description Provide support for execution of projects as well as standard orders. This includes execution planning, procurement, documentation, customer support unto dispatch of orders. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Prepare order execution planning, Procurement activities including negotiations with vendors, order monitoring, co-ordinate for packing and dispatches Pre-dispatch inspection including from inspection agencies.

Prepare pre-dispatch documentation, Customer support for pre-dispatch formalities Also, liaise with vendors and provide budgetary quotes support to sales team. Requirements Good communication and presentation skills (written as well as verbal) Prior experience on CRM / ERP or similar system is advantageous. Good acquaintance with computer and basic operations.

Ability to understand new management techniques. Necessary to work systematically and methodically Degree / diploma in mechanical / chemical / electrical / automobile engg desired. The job involves travel to customer site and vendor sites locally as well as out of station.

The candidate shall be comfortable with travel.
