NOC Engineer (Admin)

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled NOC Engineer (Admin) to monitor, maintain, and support cloud and infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS, Linux administration, database basics, and cloud operations with strong troubleshooting skills. Primary Skills AWS Linux Administration SQL PostgreSQL Azure AWS Security Secondary Skills Networking fundamentals Windows Administration Storage services (Amazon S3, EBS) Monitoring & alerting tools Key Responsibilities Monitor infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments to ensure high availability.

Manage and troubleshoot AWS and Azure cloud resources. Perform Linux server administration, patching, user management, and system health checks. Support PostgreSQL and SQL database operations including backups and basic query troubleshooting.

Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and escalation procedures. Configure and monitor AWS storage services such as S3 and EBS. Maintain security best practices in AWS environments including IAM policies and access controls.

Coordinate with application, network, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs. Participate in shift rotations and provide 24x7 support when required.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and system administration. Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Certifications AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect Associate Linux Administration Certifications Azure Fundamentals
