Job Description
Senior Full Stack Engineer Role summary Full-stack engineer focused on rapidly building internal platform screens, API-connected workflows, dashboards, forms, data grids, approval panels, and operational status views using code and RAD/low-code tools where appropriate. Key responsibilities Build internal platform screens that connect cleanly to backend APIs, workflow state, and approval/review flows. Use RAD or low-code internal-tool platforms where appropriate to accelerate delivery without weakening architecture.
Create tables, forms, dashboards, detail views, approval panels, evidence views, and operational status surfaces. Work closely with backend engineers to clarify API contracts, workflow states, validation behavior, and role-based visibility. Convert rough wireframes and product concepts into usable internal tools with reliable state handling and clear user actions.
Support rapid iteration while maintaining clean component patterns, reusable UI structures, and testable integrations. Required technical skills Strong JavaScript / TypeScript experience and comfort integrating with REST APIs. Experience building internal tools, admin consoles, workflow dashboards, approval surfaces, or enterprise data-grid-heavy applications.
Experience with RAD / low-code internal-tool platforms such as Retool, Superblocks, Appsmith, Power Apps, or equivalent. Ability to understand workflow state, approvals, evidence links, role-based visibility, and operational status views. Practical UI implementation skill: can build working screens, not only mockups.
Ability to move quickly while maintaining clear API contracts and clean user flows. AI / LLM readiness and prompt-coding expectations Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools and working with AI-generated structured outputs is preferred. Anthropic Academy, Claude Code, OpenAI, or comparable AI tooling training is a plus; equivalent demonstrated knowledge is acceptable.
Deep prompt coding is not a hard gate for this role, but curiosity, learning speed, and disciplined AI-tool usage matter. Should be comfortable consuming AI-generated summaries, statuses, and structured outputs in UI workflows. Preferred skills React / Next.js experience.
Design-system or component-library experience. Experience building approval workflows, role-based dashboards, data grids, internal consoles, operational dashboards, and status-heavy applications. Experience with authentication, authorization-aware UI, state management, and API error handling.
