Job Summary We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and client-focused International Business Development professionals with experience in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) domain. The ideal candidate should have strong international business exposure, excellent communication skills, and experience working with global clients across Europe and the US markets. Preference will be given to candidates from European or US nationalities with prior ESG consulting, sustainability, or enterprise solution selling experience.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across ESG-related services and solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and stakeholders Conduct market research and competitor analysis for ESG services Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, presentations, and client discussions Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic business discussions Manage end-to-end business development lifecycle from lead generation to closure Represent the company in global business engagements and networking activities Required Skills International Business Development Client Relationship Management ESG Domain Knowledge Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Lead Generation & Sales Strategy Stakeholder Management Preferred Qualifications 3โ5 years of experience in International BD/Sales Experience working with Europe or US-based clients Exposure to ESG, Sustainability, Climate Risk, or Governance consulting Strong networking and business acquisition capabilities Preference for candidates from Europe or US nationalities
