Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with occasional opportunities to work from home.

As a Technical Sales & Service Engineer, you will actively engage in identifying customer needs, providing technical sales support, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include offering technical expertise during sales processes, performing product demonstrations for clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and liaising with the internal team to provide high-quality service. The role also involves assisting in customer relationship management and contributing to business growth through effective sales engineering strategies.

Qualifications Proven skills in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively sell and demonstrate technical solutions. Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting product-related issues for client satisfaction. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.

Additional qualifications in engineering or related technical fields are a plus. Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks both independently and collaboratively.
