Key Responsibilities: • Implement and support changes in the COUPA application based on business requirements • Configure, test, integrate, and maintain COUPA solutions • Support project implementations aligned with business and solution architecture • Handle L2–L4 application support activities • Manage COUPA upgrades, patching, and release implementations • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for smooth delivery • Ensure proper documentation, testing, and governance processes • Participate in continuous improvement and optimization initiatives • Identify project risks and support change management activities COUPA Modules Expertise Preferred: • SIM • CLM • Procurement • Invoicing • Analytics • Risk Aware Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience in COUPA platform support & administration • Experience in procurement processes and financial systems integration • Strong understanding of application support, change management, testing, and documentation • Experience in COUPA upgrades and patching • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills • ITIL/Application Management environment exposure preferred Certifications: ✅ Coupa Administration Certification – Mandatory ✅ Coupa Risk Assess Certification – Preferred ✅ ITIL Foundation – Preferred Key Responsibilities Distribution: • Application Support & Continuous Improvement – 60% • Service Requests / Changes – 20% • Continuous Improvements – 15% • System Maintenance – 5% Interested candidates can share profiles to: [email protected]
