Qualification, Experience and Competency requirements: B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Automotive Engineering with Automotive Industry experience Preferred Experience: Essential: 4+ years of relevant experience in Design & Development of automotive wiring harness components (Connectors, wires, Coverings, Clips etc.,) Manufacturing & Assembly Plant exposure, Supplier/customer management, Launch support Good knowledge in design basics, vehicle packaging studies, Architecture, and statutory requirements, etc. Knowledge in Automotive Quality Systems (DFMEA, PPAP, DVP&R, etc...) Cross functional experience in Design and program management will be an added advantage Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to) Source packaging document including Engineering specifications, timing, Validation New Supplier development Responsible for Component selection Responsible for DFMEA & DVPR - Component level & System Level Active engagement in System level integration testing Responsible for processing Engineering Change requests Active Engagement in Packaging meetings Responsible for design optimization (VAVE) Responsible for resolving issues during bench testing, vehicle builds & field claims (FEW) Please share your profiles to [email protected] with below details: Total yrs. of exp: CCTC: ECTC: NP: Disclaimer - At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
