Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) โ€“ Calling & Appointment Setting Location: Ghitorni, South West Delhi Shift: Night Shift (US) Salary: โ‚น30,000 โ€“ โ‚น35,000 per month Performance Incentives Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING, ONLY THOSE PROFILES WOULD BE CONSIDERED, WHO ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THE SHIFT TIMINGS. Role Overview: We are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a high-intensity calling role focused on booking qualified sales meetings. This role requires working in the night shift (aligned with US/UK markets) and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment.

Primary Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling (Core Responsibility) โ— Make 80โ€“120 outbound calls daily to prospective clients โ— Engage with decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations โ— Handle objections confidently and persist through follow-ups 2. Appointment Setting (Primary Goal) โ— Qualify leads based on relevance, need, and intent โ— Book a minimum of 3 qualified meetings per day โ— Schedule meetings with the appropriate stakeholders โ— Ensure confirmations and attendance 3.

Lead Follow-Ups โ— Execute structured follow-ups via: โ— Email โ— LinkedIn โ— WhatsApp/SMS (if required) โ— Follow a defined outreach cadence 4. Inbound Lead Handling โ— Respond quickly to inbound inquiries โ— Convert inbound leads into scheduled meetings 5.
