Business Development Intern

Four years ago, Quinoa Pictures was an idea and a camera. Today, we make brand films, commercials, and social content — and we're just getting started. As we step into our next chapter, we're looking for a Business Development Intern to grow with us. This isn't a fetch-and-file role. You'll be at the front of how we find clients, pitch our work, and build relationships that last. You'll earn commission on every deal you help close — because when Quinoa wins, you win. What the role looks like: → Building outreach lists and finding the right people to talk to → Crafting and sending cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups → Supporting proposal conversations and client calls → Learning the business of creative work from the inside Who we're looking for: → Students or recent graduates ready to get their hands dirty → Strong communicators who don't give up after the first no → People who want to grow, not just add a line to their resume We're a young, democratic set-up.
